1. Promotion Description
The Mother Grows Best 2026 Northwest Flower & Garden Festival Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is a promotional drawing conducted by Mother Grows Best (“Sponsor”) in connection with the Northwest Flower & Garden Festival held in Seattle, Washington.
This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal and Washington State laws. Void where prohibited.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on February 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on February 22, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter in up to three (3) ways during the Sweepstakes Period:

Submit a valid email address through the official Sweepstakes sign-up page on Sponsor’s website (required for entry).

Follow Sponsor’s official Instagram account.

Post a photo of Sponsor’s booth at the Northwest Flower & Garden Festival on Instagram and tag Sponsor’s official Instagram account.
Limit three (3) total entries per person (one per method of entry).
Instagram entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of service.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries are void.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $175.
Prize is non-redeemable for cash but may be transferred at the winner’s discretion. Sponsor will pay shipping costs and applicable taxes associated with the prize.
No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion if prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random manual drawing conducted on February 23, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email.
The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in a new random drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Email Subscription & Privacy
By entering via email submission, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Mother Grows Best. Consent is obtained through an affirmative opt-in checkbox at entry.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in email communications.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.MotherGrowsBest.org.
Sponsor will retain collected data indefinitely unless otherwise required by law.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
